Facilitator, Learning (Personal & Private Banking)

About

Description

To facilitate learning programmes for Personal & Private Banking staff to support workforce development. The role involves delivering standardised learning solutions, partnering with stakeholders, assessing learner needs, and implementing data-driven initiatives to build capability and enhance the employee experience. The facilitator is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of both traditional and digital learning experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Learning: Deliver and facilitate learning solutions (including digital) across geographies/business units to address performance gaps
  • Programme Support: Prepare for and deliver high-impact learning experiences, support e-learners, and ensure a positive learning journey
  • Assessment & Moderation: Conduct assessments and moderation for internally delivered qualifications, ensuring quality and compliance
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with learning architects, designers, and business stakeholders to understand needs and market learning opportunities
  • Impact & Innovation: Contribute to learning impact assessments, incorporate business changes into learning journeys, and support innovative learning campaigns
  • Administration & Implementation: Assist with research, content preparation, and the implementation of awareness campaigns for people solutions

Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Minimum NQF Level 6 qualification in Human Resources Management, Behavioural Science, Social Science, or Business
  • Facilitation, Assessor, and Moderator certifications (essential)
  • Experience:
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in a Learning & Development role
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitating learning programmes and working with SETAs (Sector Education and Training Authorities)
  • Track record of implementing effective People & Culture/Learning solutions in support of business objectives
  • Behavioural Competencies: Articulating Information, Convincing People, Developing Strategies, Directing People, Embracing Change, Meeting Timescales, Providing Insights, etc
  • Technical Competencies: Learning Facilitation, Learning Evaluation, Solution Delivery, Workforce Insights, Teaming, Decision Making
